• – The content you purchased has not been downloaded or accessed, for pre-made content.
• – The refund request must be submitted within 7 days for pre-made content and within 14 days for customized services.
• – Custom content or specially requested work is not eligible for a refund once delivered.

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 3 business days.

4. Non-refundable Cases

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:
