2. ลิขสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

3. การสื่อสารระหว่างการทำงาน

เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ทั้งผู้ว่าจ้าง (ลูกค้าผู้ซื้อคอนเทนต์) และผู้ผลิตคอนเทนต์ (ฟรีแลนซ์) ควรสื่อสารกันอย่างสม่ำเสมอผ่านฟังก์ชันแชทหรือมีทติ้งของแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายสามารถชี้แจงข้อสงสัยและป้องกันข้อผิดพลาดระหว่างการทำงานได้ หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ให้คำแนะนำหรือข้อเสนอแนะที่ชัดเจนในแต่ละขั้นตอน ผู้ผลิตคอนเทนต์อาจไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขหลังจากงานถูกส่งมอบ

4. การอนุมัติและการส่งมอบงาน

ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบและอนุมัติงานภายใน 3 วัน หลังจากได้รับงาน หากไม่มีการตอบกลับภายในเวลาที่กำหนด งานนั้นจะถือว่าได้รับการอนุมัติ และจะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ หลังจากที่งานได้รับการอนุมัติหรือส่งมอบแล้ว การขอคืนเงินจะไม่สามารถทำได้ เว้นแต่มีหลักฐานชัดเจนว่างานนั้นไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงที่ระบุไว้

5. เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน

คำขอคืนเงินจะต้องถูกยื่นก่อนที่งานจะถูกส่งมอบหรือได้รับการอนุมัติ หากงานได้รับการอนุมัติหรือส่งมอบแล้ว จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นในกรณีที่คุณภาพงานไม่ตรงตามข้อตกลง

6. ข้อจำกัดในการใช้งาน

เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและเป็นมิตร เราขอความร่วมมือจากคุณในการหลีกเลี่ยงกิจกรรมดังต่อไปนี้:

• เผยแพร่เนื้อหาบนแพลตฟอร์มในสื่ออื่นใดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ขาย อนุญาตช่วง หรือนำเนื้อหาไปใช้เพื่อการค้า
• นำเนื้อหาบนแพลตฟอร์มไปแสดงสู่สาธารณะโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มในทางที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายหรือรบกวนการใช้งานของผู้อื่น
• ใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มในลักษณะที่ขัดต่อกฎหมายหรือส่งผลเสียต่อผู้ใช้งาน หรือองค์กรใดๆ
• เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลบนแพลตฟอร์มนี้ด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ เช่น การขุดข้อมูล หรือการสกัดข้อมูล
• ใช้แพลตฟอร์มนี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการตลาดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

7. การเข้าถึงและการรักษาข้อมูลเป็นความลับ

บางพื้นที่ใน xWriter.Pro อาจถูกจำกัดการเข้าถึง และเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัดการเข้าถึงตามความเหมาะสม หากคุณมีชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน กรุณารักษาข้อมูลนี้เป็นความลับ และหลีกเลี่ยงการแบ่งปันข้อมูลให้ผู้อื่น

1. Introduction

Welcome to xWriter.Pro! By using our platform, located at https://xwriter.pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

Please note that our platform is not intended for users under 18.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for content you own, all intellectual property rights and materials on xWriter.Pro belongs to XRPro Marketing or our licensors. We grant you a limited license to view content on this platform for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Communication During Work

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients (content buyers) and freelancers (content creators) are encouraged to communicate regularly through the platform’s chat or meeting function. This allows both parties to clarify doubts and prevent errors during content creation. If the client fails to provide clear instructions or feedback during the agreed-upon stages, the responsibility for corrections may not fall on the freelancer after the work is delivered.

4. Work Approval and Delivery

Clients are required to review and approve work within 3 days of delivery. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered as approval of the work. Once the work is approved or delivered, it cannot be refunded unless there is clear evidence that it does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.

5. Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted before the work is delivered or approved. Once the work has been approved or delivered, no refunds will be granted, except in cases where the quality does not meet the agreed-upon standards.

6. Restrictions

• To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, we kindly ask that you avoid engaging in the following activities:
• Publishing any platform material on other media.
• Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing platform content.
• Publicly displaying any platform content without authorization.
• Using this platform in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or impact its usability for others.
• Violating any applicable laws or engaging in harmful activities that affect the platform, its users, or any business entity.
• Engaging in data mining, data harvesting, or similar data extraction activities.
• Using this platform for unauthorized advertising or marketing.

7. Access and Confidentiality

Certain areas of xWriter.Pro may be restricted, and we reserve the right to limit access to parts of the platform at our discretion. If you have a user ID and password, please treat this information as confidential and refrain from sharing it.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
